As a Companion RA or ILST Home Healthcare professional, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients live and recover at home with dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with all aspects of daily life, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
  • Ensure clients' safety and well-being through consistent support and monitoring
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to help clients feel connected and engaged
  • Support clients with scheduling and attending medical appointments, as needed
  • Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of experience working with disabilities preferred, but not required
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay rate: $33,000 - $40,000 per year
  • Flexible scheduling options, including full-time and part-time positions
