Job Title: 3rd Shift Debone Supervisor

Perdue Farms is a leading provider of premium proteins, committed to innovation and growth. We're seeking a skilled leader to join our team as a 3rd Shift Debone Supervisor.

Job Summary

We're looking for a results-driven individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 3rd Shift Debone line. As a Debone Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring production meets quality and safety standards, while promoting a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop subordinates to meet operating, safety, and quality requirements
  • Supervise production staff to ensure product quality and integrity
  • Administer company policies and procedures
  • Support and promote company goals through effective planning, communication, and coaching
  • Implement new ideas and methods to improve production efficiencies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field
  • 1-3 years of work experience in a related field
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with industry-accepted procedures, including HACCP and SPC
  • Proven track record of leading people and achieving results
Work Environment

As a Debone Supervisor, you'll work in a fast-paced production environment with exposure to wet and moist floors, varying temperatures, and noise levels. You'll be required to wear and use protective equipment as directed by the company.
