We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer with a background in water and wastewater treatment construction. This role involves working four days a week, from Monday to Thursday, with 10-hour shifts at a construction site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contributing to the design and development of water and wastewater projects, including systems for water distribution, wastewater collection, pump stations, lift stations, and associated piping and conveyance systems.
- Overseeing and coordinating deliverables from subcontractors, vendors, and partner consultants.
- Facilitating communication and information exchange between subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Building and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients and vendors.
- Performing system calculations from the preliminary design phase to final design.
- Creating project budgets upon assignment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Experience in water/wastewater treatment construction is essential.
- Willingness to work 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, at the construction site.
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is advantageous.
- LEED certification is a plus.
Compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 annually.
