POSITION SUMMARY:

As a vital member of our healthcare team, the Healthcare Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth patient operations while upholding exceptional care standards. Responsibilities include a range of patient care tasks such as monitoring and documenting vital signs, collecting samples, and administering necessary injections.

In addition to clinical duties, the role encompasses essential administrative functions including managing phone communications, coordinating physician schedules, ordering medical supplies, and executing various office tasks.


QUALIFICATIONS:

This position requires foundational knowledge and basic employment skills, along with a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Candidates should possess 1-3 years of relevant experience and hold certification as a Medical Assistant for designated practices, as well as a current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
