Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Auto Centers. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

• Sales and Customer Service: Meet with customers to understand their vehicle needs, provide product knowledge, and make sales recommendations.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on new and used vehicle models, features, and pricing.
• Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and positive referrals.
• Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members, management, and support staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

• Education: Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong product knowledge and sales skills; ability to meet sales targets and build strong customer relationships.

The Sales Consultant will work in a fast-paced sales environment, interacting with customers, colleagues, and management. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance.
