As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage Staff: Supervise and train a team of baristas, kitchen staff, and other cafe employees to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily cafe operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has an exceptional experience, responding promptly to customer complaints and feedback.
- Financial Management: Manage cafe finances, including payroll, inventory, and sales projections.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Human Resources: Recruit, select, train, and develop assistant managers and other staff members.
Requirements:
- 3+ Years Restaurant Industry Management Experience: Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales growth in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Business Management Training: Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and marketing principles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in basic computer programs and point-of-sale technology.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Spanish Speaking: Ability to communicate with Spanish-speaking customers and staff.
- Business Management Training: Additional training in business management, marketing, or finance.
