The Role

We are seeking a skilled Prefinish Specialist to join our production team. As a Prefinish Specialist, you will be responsible for fabricating and finishing building materials to meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Measure and cut building materials to ensure accuracy and precision
  • Operate various machines and tools to fabricate and finish materials
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Basic measuring skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift 50-70 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
  • Ability to distinguish between shades of colors
