As a full-time or part-time Group-Home Staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live their best lives as independently as possible.

The position requires supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in various areas of daily living, including:

  • Participating in fun activities to promote engagement and enjoyment
  • Budgeting and financial management to ensure stability and security
  • Meal preparation to meet nutritional needs and promote healthy eating habits
  • Mentorship and guidance to help individuals learn new skills and try new things
  • Shopping and errands to support independence and self-sufficiency

As a qualified candidate, you must be at least 18 years old, capable of communicating well in English both verbally and written form, and able to pass a drug test and background check. Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual.
