About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our clinical team at Lifespace Communities. As a key member of our care team, you will provide direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities.

Responsibilities
  • Administer direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and moving residents.
  • Initiate resident needs assessments and safety checks by observing and reporting any changes or unusual findings to the nurse.
  • Coordinate with nursing team members to record accurate vital signs and maintain records of ADLs.
  • Administer standard precautions and infection control standards by providing a clean and safe environment.
  • Promptly answer call lights and conduct regular assessments of resident needs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum one year working with the geriatric population.
  • Certified nursing aide licensure required by state regulations.
