Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Quality Technician to join our Quality Control Department at our Corporate Headquarters in Saginaw, Michigan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct lot acceptance testing and release material for the manufacturing of roof panels.
  • Perform daily test welds to ensure the weldability of the Duro-Last membrane.
  • Carry out daily process audits to guarantee that each process is producing quality products that meet or exceed our manufacturing specifications.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, testing, and/or lab environment.
  • Technical training or degree in engineering, math, or science is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret data from process outputs.
  • Ability to draw conclusions and recommendations based on quality, analytical, or lab-scale data.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to communicate and report progress to JRB managers.
