Steamfitter Position

We are seeking a skilled Steamfitter to join our team at Dane County, WI. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of major building heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems in a commercial setting, including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and chemical water treatment systems.
- Utilize, maintain, and troubleshoot building automation systems, including type(s) of systems and years of experience.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including plumbing and fixtures, water supply and conditioning equipment, lighting systems, and emergency generators.
- Operate light, medium, and heavy motorized equipment.
- Must have equivalent of high school graduation.
- Must have completed an apprenticeship program approved by the Department of Workforce Development as a steamfitter or have formal recognition of journeyman status by the appropriate international or local trade union.
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in large commercial building maintenance.
