Capital One is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our AI Foundations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and deploying cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-powered products and features that transform the customer experience.
  • Leverage a broad range of technologies, including PyTorch, AWS, and Hugging Face, to extract insights from large datasets and develop predictive models.
  • Develop and deploy natural language processing (NLP) models to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to operationalize machine learning models in scalable and resilient production systems.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive business outcomes through data-driven decision making.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) or PhD in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, machine learning, and AI development.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, PyTorch, and AWS.
  • Experience with NLP and deep learning technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
