Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Superintendent with expertise in ground-up commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate schedules with subcontractors a week in advance
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to the job site
  • Organize and oversee daily activities on the construction site
  • Address field issues promptly and communicate with the project manager
  • Recruit, train, and mentor foremen and assistants
  • Foster positive relationships with all project stakeholders
  • Obtain at least three quotes for materials prior to purchase
  • Return rental equipment promptly
  • Manage overtime and regular hours throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain detailed records of daily site activities
  • Collect and retain all delivery and testing documentation
  • Keep records of safety meetings and sign-off sheets


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction
  • At least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • In-depth knowledge of subcontractor management and construction sequencing
  • Familiarity with ASIs, RFIs, and material submittals
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a strong commitment to client service
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License
