Ideal Candidate:

We are in search of a proficient Commercial HVAC Service Technician to provide exceptional service. The perfect candidate will possess a robust background in HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation, with the capability to diagnose and resolve intricate system challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC systems
  • Identify and rectify HVAC system malfunctions
  • Overhaul and initiate commercial boilers and HVAC systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance, site evaluations, replacements, and modifications
  • Provide after-hours on-call service as required
  • Deliver technical assistance to clients and team members

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication abilities
  • Capability to lead and mentor a team of apprentices and technicians
  • Expertise in servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and cleaning heating and cooling systems (e.g., boilers, forced air, hydronic, split systems, package units, make-up air and exhaust systems, controls)
  • Proficient in utilizing various hand tools and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes, or engineering specifications for diagnostics and repairs
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to accurately document work, including labor records, materials utilized, and resolutions in line with company standards
  • Willingness to work overtime/weekends as necessary
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a commercial HVAC technician
