We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Big Stone Therapies, Inc. in Baxter, Little Falls, and Pierz. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing care to patients with various needs and conditions, including lymphedema, orthopedic hands & splints, and wheelchair assessment.

About the Job

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced team to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in our clinics and facilities
  • Assess and develop treatment plans to improve patient function and independence
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry advancements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Minnesota (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations and conditions
