Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care through efficient and effective practice, communication, and collaboration with patients and other staff.
- Provide comprehensive care and treatment to patients, including assessing patient condition, administering medication, changing dressings, monitoring vital signs, and keeping accurate records.
- Develop and implement care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes, while adhering to policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
- Work independently under supervision to implement care goals and objectives for patients.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient condition and provide support and education to patients and their families.
- AHA Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers.
- BSN from an accredited nursing program and proper licensure.
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with EPIC experience preferred.
