We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced trial attorney to join our Westchester office. As a trial attorney, you will be responsible for handling a high-volume caseload from discovery stage through trial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high-volume caseload from discovery stage through trial
  • Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and trial procedures
  • Utilize outstanding research abilities, written and oral advocacy skills
  • Manage a busy and time-sensitive caseload independently
  • Work in a hybrid role, with a combination of in-office and remote work
Requirements
  • Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in New York and membership in good standing with the state bar
  • 1-10 years of insurance defense litigation/trial experience
  • Experience working in a paperless environment
  • Experience directing support staff on clerical and administrative matters related to lawsuit handling
  • Strong automation/technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation
What We Offer
  • Potential salary range: $[removed]-$[removed] (starting salary will be based on background and experience)
  • Potential yearly incentive pay up to 16% of base salary (results may vary from year to year)
