We are seeking a highly experienced District Manager to lead our operations and drive growth in revenue, EBIT, Margin, Consumer Satisfaction, Client Loyalty, and Employee Engagement.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of leadership experience in the hospitality, retail, facilities, direct store delivery, or food and beverage industries, with a proven track record of success in repeatable business models, leading through change, and turnaround initiatives.
This role is accountable for execution of our General Management program, focusing on growth, cost, and productivity, as well as delivering financial commitments. The successful candidate will demonstrate capability across leadership, client relationship, financial performance, productivity, and compliance dimensions.
Aramark offers a wide array of comprehensive benefit programs and services, including medical, dental, vision, and work/life resources, as well as retirement savings plans like 401(k) and paid days off such as parental leave and disability coverage.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish overall ownership and accountability of operational management and financial performance of multiple accounts and units.
- Maintain effective client and customer rapport for a mutually beneficial business relationship.
- Build revenue and manage budget with sensitivity to costs and client needs.
- Lead managers in implementing and maintaining corporate management agenda for labor and financial initiatives.
- Ensure unit managers maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees.
The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $145,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
