We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Genesis Valet to join our team at Murdock Auto Team. As a Genesis Valet, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

• Communicate effectively with Service Managers, Assistant Service Managers, and Service Advisors to complete various guest-centered needs in the service area, including washing cars, moving guest vehicles, and performing minor snow removal.
• Provide enthusiastic customer service and treat each car with care, driving vehicles through the automatic car washer and performing basic car wash tasks.
• Install floor mats and seat protectors in customer vehicles, conduct quick checks on vehicles, and perform wheel alignment analysis as directed by Service Advisors and managers.
• Follow checklists and company processes to complete operational directions from managers, ensuring safe management of vehicle keys and following company policies.
• Drive vehicles carefully to fuel vehicles, charge batteries, or move them to the Service department for diagnosis and job completion.
• Complete basic tasks as directed by Service Managers or other Managers, including complimentary car washes, maintenance in the guest area, and trash pickup.
• Enhance Murdock Auto Team's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different guest requests and other duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work as a team member in a fast-paced environment, be at least 18 years old, and have a valid driver's license. You must also be able to read and comprehend employee handbooks and other automotive materials, and have the ability to learn quickly and take direction from dealership leaders.

Previous experience in customer service and cleaning/detailing cars/trucks is preferred.
