Psychiatry APP - PMHNP or PA Inpatient Opportunity

Requirements:

  • PMHNP or Psychiatry Certificate.
  • Ability to obtain an active medical license in the state of Georgia.
  • Experience working in a team environment and contributing to organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Desire to be part of a growing and high-volume psychiatry practice.

Practice Overview:

Laurelwood, located on the main campus of Northeast Georgia Medical Center, provides a broad range of services for adolescents and adults experiencing mental health or substance abuse problems. We offer a variety of treatment options, including detoxification, inpatient treatment, day partial treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, and aftercare support.

Join Our Team:

  • Work with an experienced team of psychiatrists in Gainesville, GA.
  • Provide assessments and diagnoses for patients presenting in NGMC and Laurelwood.
  • Diagnose mental illness, prescribe medication, and help patients with conditions that can be remedied with counseling.
  • Schedule - 7on/7off - EMR Platform - EPIC.
  • Behavior Health Access Center next to the ED sees 1,000 patients per month.
