As a Contingent II Registered Nurse at Henry Ford Health, you will provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. You will utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family.
Key Responsibilities- Effectively communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
- Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of solutions.
- Meet all accountabilities of a Registered Nurse, as outlined in the Job Description for Registered Nurse, F.
- Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing.
- Previous 1.5-2 years recent related clinical nursing experience and a demonstrated level of performance and practice required.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
