At RAYUS Radiology, we're redefining the future of radiology by making it a critical first step in diagnosis and treatment. We're seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week with varied shifts. As an MRI Technologist, you'll operate assigned scanners to produce images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Imaging (90%)
  • Screens patients for examination precautions or contradictions, using two patient identifiers to ensure correct patient and procedure.
  • Explains and prepares patients for MRI procedures, explaining the procedure and positioning patients correctly.
  • Performs routine and advanced MRI procedures on designated body parts, providing patient support throughout the process.
  • Adjusts MRI scan parameters as needed and maintains positive working relationships with radiologists, customers, and associates.
  • Follows physicians' orders precisely and conforms to safety regulations to protect patients, coworkers, and yourself.
  • Maintains accurate patient records within the Radiology Information System (RIS).
  • Ensures compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Additional Duties (5% each)
  • Assists in maintaining updated imaging protocol manuals and software upgrades.
  • Monitors medical supply inventory and requests supplies as necessary.
  • Provides training and technical expertise to new associates, as applicable.

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is $27.84-$49.96 based on direct and relevant experience.
