Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and adhering to company shrink guidelines as they relate to CGO operations. You will also monitor the CGO storage area for cleanliness and preparation for the next shift, ensuring that returns, refunds, reclamation, in-store pricing, in-store transfers, and return-to-stock procedures are followed in accordance with company policy.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You should also be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
