Pilates Instructor

As a Pilates Instructor at Equinox, you will have the opportunity to empower clients to achieve their fitness goals and live a healthier lifestyle. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating a supportive environment for our members.

• Develop and lead Pilates classes for clients of all levels, ensuring a safe and effective workout experience.
• Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their fitness goals and create personalized Pilates programs.
• Work closely with the Pilates Manager to build your client base and develop your business skills.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all Equinox members and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest Pilates techniques and best practices.

• Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program or certification on all Pilates apparatus.
• Minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education completed through a Pilates certification program.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
