Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microbiology Laboratory Supervisor to join our team at PCI Pharma Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of microbiologists and ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of microbiologists and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement laboratory procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct microbiological testing and analysis of environmental samples, pharmaceutical starting materials, components, and finished products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects and the delivery of high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in microbiology and apply this knowledge to improve laboratory processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 4-6 years of related experience and/or training.
  • Advanced computer skills and ability to operate various computer programs.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • High standard of report writing and ability to present information to various people.
