Sales Representative Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join Safegress, specializing in Egress Windows and Waterproofing Solutions.

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

About the Role:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Qualify leads and conduct site visits to assess customer needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Customer Consultations:
    • Meet with prospective clients to discuss their needs for egress windows, basement waterproofing, and other related services.
    • Provide detailed consultations, explain product features, benefits, and the importance of proper installation.
  • Close Sales:
    • Use strong negotiation skills to close sales and convert prospects into customers.
    • Handle customer objections and concerns effectively, providing the information and reassurance needed to make informed decisions.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Coordinate with the operations and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in home improvement, construction, or similar industries.
    • Experience selling waterproofing systems, foundation repair, or egress window installations is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge:
    • A basic understanding of construction, home improvement, or waterproofing systems is beneficial but not required.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • Ability to travel locally to meet with customers and assess job sites.
