Job SummaryThe Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement care plans and provide direct patient care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years of nursing experience or equivalent education
- Diploma or Associate's degree in nursing, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina
