Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to and enforcement of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), conducting quality inspections on equipment, components, bulk products, work-in-process, and finished goods associated with contract packaging, while reviewing documentation and verifying component attributes.
  • Execute quality inspection processes to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Comprehend and interpret process steps within the packaging record to ensure adherence during the packaging operations.
  • Conduct inspections of units for quality during the packaging phase.
  • Responsible for performing quality inspections as dictated by the packaging record and Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) standards, which may encompass visual, functional, destructive, and count checks.
  • Validate the accuracy, completeness, and supporting documentation of the packaging requirements, ensuring all are backed by the appropriate documentation within the Batch Record.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance inspection.
  • Successful clearance of a 7-year criminal background check and a 10-panel drug screening.
  • Knowledge and experience with FDA regulations and GMP.
