Key Responsibilities:
- Executing various assembly operations to support the company's production activities, including soldering, crimping, cable fabrication, and other general assembly tasks.
- Adhering to established protocols and procedures to facilitate the final assembly of products.
- Assisting in the testing, evaluation, and deployment of products.
- Offering suggestions for process enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with assembly tools and materials; soldering and cable fabrication experience is essential.
- Strong background in electromechanical systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing or assembly setting; electronics experience is preferred.
- Position necessitates excellent manual dexterity, including both gross and fine manipulation; ability to assemble products manually.
- Familiarity with computer software, including word processing, internet, and email.
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain a United States security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a technical discipline.
- Proven experience in root-cause analysis and troubleshooting.
- Experience with quality control and driving continuous process improvement.
The compensation for this position ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, depending on individual qualifications. Eligible for a sales incentive compensation plan.
