Job Summary:

Madonna Gardens is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Med Tech to join our team. As a Med Tech, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the mission, vision, and culture of Madonna Gardens through positive communication and leadership.
  • Contribute to community relationships by demonstrating cooperation and professional conduct with residents, families, and fellow associates.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including grooming, oral hygiene, and transferring residents as needed.
  • Provide assistance with meal preparation, serving, and dining-related responsibilities.
  • Make resident rounds every two hours and record changes in resident condition.
  • Use approved charting criteria and procedures to record pertinent information in resident charts.
  • Initiate and participate in leisure activities, encouraging residents to socialize and participate in planned activities.
  • Follow proper procedures in emergency situations and respond promptly to resident requests for assistance.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including functioning as a point of contact for communication and stocking medical supplies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a care-giving role, preferably in an assisted living or memory care setting.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and maintain a safe and orderly environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Sunday - Thursday, 6:00am - 2:30pm.

Rate of Pay:

  • $19 - $19.50 depending on experience.
