Job Summary

Kitchell is seeking a skilled Facilities Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities in Sacramento, CA. As a key member of our Facilities Management team, you will be responsible for supervising and training facility employees, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with processes and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise facility contract activities to ensure prompt issue resolution and work order completion.
  • Challenge, mentor, and coach team members to ensure optimal performance and deliver excellent service levels.
  • Perform regular property inspections and coordinate associated maintenance and repairs.
  • Respond to emergencies and coordinate after-hours work activities.
  • Conduct client meetings and develop meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Supervise vendor contracts to ensure excellent service and value.
  • Have excellent communication skills and adaptability to varied delivery methods and audiences.
  • Assist in preparing monthly status reports and other reports as requested.
  • Possess awareness and understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for environmental, health, and safety programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university AND at least four years of related experience and/or training, OR a minimum of four to ten years of related experience and/or training without a completed degree.
  • CMMS or CAFM system experience preferred.
  • BAS/EMS experience preferred.
