Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Consultant to join our team at Welcome Wagon. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for selling consultative advertising solutions to local small businesses in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.
  • Sell tailored marketing solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Stay up-to-date on local market trends and competitor activity.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of outside sales or phone sales experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance.

Salary: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year, commission-only.
