Job Summary: Della Infotech, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Salary Information: We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing and prioritizing patients' needs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced ICU environment, managing multiple patients simultaneously and maintaining a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, using active listening skills and clear, concise language to address concerns and provide updates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.


Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have at least 1 year of experience as an ICU RN. You should also possess a valid nursing license and certifications required for ICU practice. Furthermore, you should be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and be willing to float between units as needed.
