Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol hotel grounds and common areas to prevent and detect potential security threats
  • Enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Investigate incidents and complaints, and take necessary action to resolve issues
  • Complete shift summaries and reports as required
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns
  • Assist management and enforcement officers in emergency situations
  • Perform related duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of security experience preferred
  • Security Officer Certification from the State of Florida optional
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, communicate clearly, and lift up to 20 pounds. Long hours may be required, and the ability to work effectively in stressful situations is essential.
