Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized care to pediatric patients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
- Assist providers with patient evaluations and care planning, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, facilitating communication and ensuring that patients' needs are met.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement effective care plans, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies that promote safe and effective care.
- A registered nurse with a current state license and a minimum of one year of experience in an ambulatory healthcare facility or hospital.
- Prior experience in pediatric care is preferred, but not required.
- BLS certification is required.
