As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor , your main duty will be to oversee a team of employee-owners and delivery personnel, ensuring the delivery of premium products to our partners in a safe and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities:

· Provide exemplary leadership and performance management to ensure team members excel in their roles.

· Uphold a safe, tidy, and organized work environment.

· Train, inspire, and guide team members on product knowledge, loading procedures, equipment usage, material preparation for shipping, and safety protocols.

· Ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting.

· Utilize DMSi software Agility and Epicor WMS for order processing, routing, inventory oversight, and workflow management.

· Receive, inspect, and accept incoming shipments, reporting any discrepancies to the Operations Manager.

· Evaluate inventory levels and storage capacities to enhance productivity.

· Collaborate with the Operations Manager on yard and warehouse planning and layout.

· Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective measures as needed.

· Assume operational responsibilities in the absence of the Operations Manager.

· Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.
