We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Oncology team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Assess, evaluate, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care to achieve the goals of the 5 West Nursing Department.
- Manage the efficient flow of patient care, including screening, preparation for exams, providing general nursing care and comfort, and arranging for admissions, testing, and discharges.
- Respond to and refer incoming telephone calls, including phone triage when needed.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
