  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents to ensure seamless communication and effective support for students.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest practices and research in school-based speech-language pathology, applying this knowledge to improve services and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is highly desirable.
  • Experience: Proven experience working in educational settings or with children, with a strong track record of collaboration and communication.
