APRN Psychiatry I Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled APRN Psychiatry I to join our team at Dartmouth Health. As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a variety of settings.
Salary:$125,000 - $175,000 per year
In this role, you will work closely with the provider team to deliver the highest quality and safest patient care. You will assess and manage the health care needs of individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain comprehensive or focused history and perform physical exams.
- Determine and order appropriate screening and diagnostic tests and studies.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on relevant findings.
- Prescribe medications, treatments, and medical devices in accordance with specialty scope of practice and applicable rules and regulations.
- Initiate referrals to other providers as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited APRN academic program.
- National specialty certification as Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
