Job Summary

Under the direction of the Food and Beverage Management team, the Server - Concessions Representative will provide exceptional service to guests by serving food and beverages, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming concession area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests in a positive and friendly manner
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests and prepare orders to their specifications
  • Serve food and beverages to guests throughout the casino and bingo hall
  • Process transactions and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Stock and maintain the concession area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment
  • Promote positive guest and employee relations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education/work experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to continuously maneuver around the concession area and property, often standing for long hours
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds and bend, reach, and stoop on a limited basis
Work Environment

The Server - Concessions Representative will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent exposure to second-hand smoke, excessive noise, and constant exposure to the general public. The employee must be able to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
