- Quality Assurance: Uphold established standards of care and adhere to policies and procedures to guarantee high-quality patient care.
- Advocacy: Act as a patient advocate, ensuring that their needs and preferences are prioritized in the care plan.
- Supervision: Oversee and direct the activities of assigned personnel, ensuring compliance with nursing standards.
- Minimum of three years of experience in an Emergency Room setting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
This position requires working night shifts alongside one or two other nurses and a full-time ER physician. The schedule includes working hour shifts per week, with rotations that cover every other weekend.
