Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Server to join our team at the Piccadilly Inn in Fresno, CA. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Clear and reset tables as needed, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including side work duties, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Follow all state liquor laws and handle food and beverage service with precision and attention to detail.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and objectivity under pressure.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of prior restaurant and hospitality experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office and web analytics tools, is a plus.
  • High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, management, and coworkers.
  • Ability to work well in stressful situations, maintain a positive attitude, and provide exceptional service in a dynamic environment.
