About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at Lebanon Center in Lebanon, NH. As a strategic driver of business excellence, staff excellence, clinical excellence, and customer excellence, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of care and compassion to our patients/residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze nursing center financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action as required.
  • Lead, guide, and direct department heads to ensure effective management and delivery of high-quality care.
  • Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to foster favorable public relations and partnerships.
  • Create a work environment that encourages employee engagement, adherence to our core values, and a focus on delivering exceptional patient/resident care.
  • Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center, meeting or exceeding CDC and CMS standards.

Requirements
  • Licensure according to state regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of administrative management techniques, supervisory practices, procedures, and principles.
  • Working knowledge of government regulations impacting nursing centers.
  • On-call availability.
