Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled SOLO Class A CDL Truck Operator to join our team at Ryder. This role is based in a dynamic environment where your expertise will be valued.

Compensation

Weekly Earnings: $2000 or more
Hourly Rate: $28.50
Weekly Hours: 58+ hours

Incentives

Loyalty Bonus: $1000 after 6 months and an additional $1000 after 12 months
Per Diem: $25 per night for up to 4 nights out per week

Training and Schedule

We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with start times ranging from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Route and Equipment

Delivery Area: Regional, primarily serving the Western Region
Tractor Type: Sleeper
Trailer Type: 53' Dry Van

Responsibilities

As a Class A CDL Truck Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Maintaining accurate records and logs
  • Loading and unloading freight as necessary
  • Identifying and minimizing safety hazards
