We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Angel City Bell. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the restaurant and General Manager in achieving our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage restaurant operations, including supervising team members and shift managers to ensure they complete all assigned duties and consistently serve safe, high-quality food in a timely, friendly manner.
  • Ensure the restaurant is a safe place for team members to work and customers to visit, adhering to all state and local regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including maintaining consistent strong financial results.
  • Assist the General Manager with restaurant maintenance, including finding, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding future team members.
  • Support the General Manager in maintaining a positive and productive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, integrity, passion, accountability, commitment, and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Two years of restaurant experience, with proven lead experience on all shifts.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
  • Current Health Card according to state or local requirements.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Pass a criminal background check, including MVR.
  • Pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
