  • Possession of a High School Diploma or its equivalent is essential.
  • Successful completion of the Meridian Nursing Assistant Program or a comparable course is required.
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant or eligibility for certification is necessary.
  • Nursing students with hands-on clinical experience or relevant bedside nursing exposure are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in performing phlebotomy, EKGs, monitoring vital signs, and blood glucose levels is advantageous.
  • Mandatory BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt swiftly, a strong sense of responsibility, a focus on collaboration, a commitment to ongoing education, and a passion for providing exceptional care.
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Patient Care Technician or Certified Nursing Assistant in a healthcare setting is preferred.
