Job Description
At Orangetheory - Franchise #0401, we're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for greeting clients with enthusiasm and energy, presenting our concept to interested consumers, and working at our front desk to answer phones and engage with members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients with a smile and provide exceptional customer service
  • Present our concept to interested consumers and showcase our unique approach to fitness
  • Work at our front desk to answer phones, respond to member inquiries, and perform various administrative tasks
  • Provide studio tours and introduce new members to our facilities
  • Collaborate with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Sell memberships and promote our services to help drive studio growth
  • Follow up with prospective clients and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Address member concerns in a professional and objective manner
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our brand
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
