**The Role of a Pasta Cook**

We are seeking a skilled Pasta Cook to join our culinary team. As a Pasta Cook, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality and sanitation. Your duties will include:

  • Preparing pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items to exacting standards
  • Supporting line checks and completing prep par sheets every shift
  • Preparing all necessary items for your station as needed
  • Practicing and teaching safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
  • Maintaining the proper temperature of equipment and performing station opening/closing and side work duties each shift

**Requirements**

We require three to six months of related experience or training. If you are passionate about food, have a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply.
