The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Business Systems Analyst and possess a deep understanding of Agile (SCRUM) practices. You will be responsible for researching and capturing requirements for User Stories, producing meeting notes from discovery interviews, and writing stories and acceptance criteria.

In this role, you will also facilitate story discussions in internal team meetings, participate in Agile ceremonies, and sit as a proxy for the Product Owner when needed. Additionally, you will pull analytical data to support feature development and QA test features in preparation for moving them to UAT.

Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Business Systems Analyst
  • Understanding of Agile (SCRUM) practices
  • Story writing in Agile formats, in particular for system to system scenarios
  • Previously run or contributed to discovery interviews
  • Previous work on FISERV products, specifically DNA, Fiserv Architect, Deposit Solutions, and/or Payroll Manager
  • Previous experience working on projects related to cloud platforms or file processing/management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Good communicator, both written and verbal
  • Well organized, with attention to detail
  • Visionary - One that can piece the big picture together given the defined purpose of the work at hand
Key Responsibilities
  • Actively manage product backlog
  • Research and capture requirements for User Stories
  • Produce meeting notes from discovery interviews
  • Write stories and acceptance criteria
  • Facilitate story discussions in internal team meetings as needed
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standup, demos, etc.)
  • Sit as a proxy for the Product Owner when needed
