Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiently read and interpret blueprints and identify necessary materials for each task.
- Understand and adhere to work instructions as required.
- Trim pleat packs when necessary.
- Set up and operate glue dispensers as needed.
- Seam pleat packs using one-part epoxy.
- Operate ovens efficiently.
- Provide assistance in other areas as needed.
- Operate pleat compactor machinery to compact pleat packs if required.
- Follow standard work practices and SOPs diligently.
- Meet quality standards, inspect work for compliance, and initial and date Shop Tags.
- Segregate nonconforming or suspected nonconforming materials in real-time and inform the supervisor.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
- Adhere to all EHS and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies and procedures.
- Utilize a PC, blueprints, pleater machines, pleat compactor machines, ovens, and basic hand tools effectively.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in light assembly is required.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic setting.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Safely perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be capable of lifting at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Experience working in and/or around loud machinery.
- Capability to handle repetitive motions comfortably.
